REFERRALS & ACCESSING SUPPORT
We aim to make accessing support as simple and safe as possible.
We accept self-referrals as well as referrals from professionals and partner organisations.
If you or someone you’re supporting has experienced domestic abuse, trauma, or adversity, you can reach out using the form below or by emailing us directly.
Every referral is treated with care, confidentiality, and respect.
WHO CAN REFER?
We welcome referrals from:

REFERRAL PROCESS
Submit the referral form
– Complete our secure online contact form.
Initial contact
– We’ll review the referral and get in touch within 1–3 working days.
– We will request a brief phone conversation to ensure we’re offering the right support.
Assessment & allocation
– We’ll arrange the correct form of support for your needs.
Ongoing support
– Counselling or group sessions will begin once you’re ready and comfortable to proceed.

We take confidentiality and safeguarding seriously.
All personal information shared with us is handled securely and in line with GDPR regulations.
We only share information if someone is at risk of harm, and always aim to do so transparently and sensitively.
