How We Can Help
We recognise that recovery looks different for everyone. Whether you're looking for individual counselling or the support of a therapeutic group, our services are designed to provide a safe, compassionate and trauma-informed space to begin moving forward.
🌿 One-to-One Counselling
Sometimes talking within a group doesn't feel like the right place to begin.

One-to-one counselling provides a safe, confidential space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace, without judgement or pressure.

Whether you are living with the effects of domestic abuse, struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma or difficult life experiences, counselling offers the opportunity to better understand yourself, rebuild confidence and begin moving forward.

Sessions are available online or in person, giving you the flexibility to choose the environment where you feel most comfortable.
Fees
£60 per 60-minute session
£30 for a 30-minute consultation

A reduced rate of £45 is available for people on a low income or experiencing financial hardship.

🌿 Online Therapeutic Recovery Groups
A safe, supportive space to understand trauma, rebuild confidence and connect with others who truly understand.
Our Online Therapeutic Recovery Groups are designed for adults who have experienced domestic abuse, coercive control or the lasting effects of trauma.

Led by experienced therapists, our groups combine therapeutic discussion, practical tools and shared understanding in a safe, confidential environment. They offer the opportunity to better understand the impact of abuse, rebuild confidence and move forward alongside others who understand.

You don't need to have all the answers or share more than you feel comfortable with. Simply arriving is enough.

We currently offer a Women's Recovery Group, with our Men's Recovery Group opening soon.
