Online Therapeutic Recovery Group

A safe, supportive space to understand trauma, rebuild confidence and connect with others who truly understand.

Online Therapeutic Recovery Group

Our Online Therapeutic Recovery Group is designed for individuals who have experienced trauma, domestic abuse or coercive control and are looking for support within a safe and understanding community.

Each session combines therapeutic discussion, psychoeducation and reflective exercises to help participants better understand themselves, their experiences and their recovery journey.

You don't need to have all the answers. You don't need to share more than you feel comfortable sharing. Simply arriving is enough.

Why Join a Therapeutic Group?

Many people find healing happens not only through individual therapy but through connection with others who have had similar experiences.

Group work can help reduce feelings of isolation and shame while increasing understanding, confidence and hope.

Participants often tell us they leave sessions feeling:

  • Less alone

  • Better understood

  • More confident

  • More hopeful

  • Better equipped to manage daily life
